Big Ten Predictions – Week 10

Iowa @ Indiana – Iowa is coming of a shellacking of #5 Michigan State and got back in the Big Ten Title and Rose Bowl race, but may have been at a cost.  It sounds like Adam Robinson may be out with a concussion.  More maybe shouldered on Ricky Stanzi.  Indiana almost upset the Hawks last year, but were blown out in the 4^th quarter.  The Hoosiers are now playing for maybe Coach Bill Lynch’s job, they’ll come up short again.  PICK-HAWKS

Illinois @ Michigan – Illinois has been on a roll in conference play, Michigan has well been the opposite.  RichRod’s is coaching for his UM coaching fate.  Big Blue may be facing a 4 game losing streak for the second straight season.  Michigan has no defense and the hits may have been adding up on QB Denard Robinson.  I think it’s close but no D will cost Michigan.  PICK-ILLINI

Minnesota @ Michigan State – The Gophers have no chance here.  Michigan State is going to be upset and the Gophers are the perfect opponent for the Spartans to play coming of the loss vs Iowa.  PICK-SPARTANS

Wisconsin @ Purdue – Purdue is just too banged up here to upset the Badgers.  Wisconsin should be able to run all over the Boilers.  PICK-BADGERS

Northwestern @ Penn State

JoePa is going for win #400.  The winner of this game is probably going to get the next slot after the Outback Bowl in the Big Ten Bowl positions.  If the game was in Evanston I’d have no problem picking the Wildcats but I think that since it’s in Happy Valley the Nittany Lions will pull this one out, close.  PICK – NITTANY LIONS
